The colour of red could connote blood, with the black background connoting death/pain. The title has a grainy drop shadow which again shows the realism that the home made camera gives the film.

Shot Distance- The shot is a long shot which shows the hallway of the house as well as the bedroom. It shows the actors scared and vulnerable. The hallway gives a scary, unknown feel to the picture and intrigues the audience into watching the film.

Camera Angle- The angle is canted, which is typical of a horror film. This is to give a scary, uneasy edge to the picture. It is from a high angle looking down on the bed which could also connote fear.
